In 2018, we presented ourselves in Lugano — at that time, their only office — with a proposal for a total rebranding. Without them explicitly asking for it, we showed them how their history, their unique approach compared to competitors, their expertise, and even their name could all be told in a new way.
Thus, we coined the concept of “human explorers,” connecting their daily work and their name, which is also the name of a French mountain. Summit, peak, team, journey — all concepts that resonate with both HR and trekking.
Occasionally, we wonder if their success is solely thanks to us and the concept we created for them. Christian kindly responds by telling us to think about which hat to wear to the next meeting.
